Sunday - Shoulders and Legs incorporating calfs Monday - Chest and Back incorporating biceps and triceps. Tuesday- Serious Cardio doing whatever you enjoy whether it’s playing basketball, jogging long distance, or running from the couch to the refrigerator all day long! ???? then finish off with an ab routine. Wednesday- Shoulder routine from Sunday with back routine from Monday. TRUSSSST ME Thursday- Strictly arms, calf’s, and abs. Friday- Strictly legs. Saturday- do you. Rest, sleep, fuck, spend time with family. Whatever you like… just make sure you eat good, hydrate, and most importantly, catch those Zzz’s. Sunday- hit the reset button baby…. Time to do it all over again.
